REMINDER NOTICE
Members are hereby informed that the ASM Election (2025) will be held on Saturday, 4th July 2026 from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. The voting will take place in the Durbar Hall of the Society.

ELECTION PROGRAMME
1. Voting to elect the office bearers for two years (2025-2027) - President, 4 Vice-Presidents, and Hon. Secretary; to elect 5 members of the Managing Committee for a period of three years (2025-2028 term); and to fill one post of the Managing Committee which has fallen vacant (as per Rule No.15), for a period of two years 2025-27 (being the residual period of the term 2024-2027).
2. Voting to elect a Scrutinizing Committee consisting of seven members for the year 2025-2026.

Note:
- As regards election to the Managing Committee, of the six persons elected, the one with the least number of votes will get a tenure of two years, which is the residual term, as per established electoral precedent.
- On the day of election, i.e. Saturday, 4th July, 2026, the ballot boxes will be kept open from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
- All eligible voters should carry the valid Membership I-card of the Asiatic Society of Mumbai at the time of voting.
