The Voters’ List consist of the name of the individual:
a) Resident Life Members till 31st March 2025.
b) Non-Resident Life Members till 31st March 2025
c) Resident / Non-Resident Annual Members, who have renewed their membership
on or before 26th November 2025.
d) Patron, Donor and Institutional Members. (Updated list).
e) New Members – Life and Annual, who have taken membership after 1st April 2025, and have made their payment on or before 26th November 2025.

Members are hereby informed that the ASM Election (2025) will be held on Saturday, 14th March 2026 from 12.00 noon to 6.00 p.m. The voting will take place in the Durbar Hall of the Society.
Town Hall, Mumbai.

1. To elect the office bearers for two years (2025-2027) - President, 4 Vice-Presidents, and Hon. Secretary; to elect 5 members of the Managing Committee for a period of three years (2025-2028 term); and to fill one post of the Managing Committee which has fallen vacant (as per Rule No.15), for a period of two years 2025-27 (being the residual period of the term 2024-2027).
2. To elect a Scrutinizing Committee consisting of seven members for the year 2025-2026.

Note:
- As regards election to the Managing Committee, of the six persons elected, the one with the least number of votes will get a tenure of two years, which is the residual term, as per established electoral precedent.
- A further Notice will be issued to invite vote counters and electoral process volunteers.
- On the day of election, i.e. Saturday, 14th March, 2026, the ballot boxes will be kept open from 12.00 noon to 6.00 p.m. or till all the members present have cast their votes, whichever is later.
- All members / Applicants should have paid their Membership Subscription on or before 26th November 2025 to be eligible to vote.
- Defaulter Members will not be allowed to vote.
- Every member should bring their ASM Membership I-card in order to cast their vote.
